Strong little laptop with a very good keyboard (despite not being mechanical) and great looks. The only negative that I have found so far is that the fans give a faint whistle that might be too much for some people. The whistle is only noticeable during low fan speeds. When gaming I am unable to hear the whistle.

1. Experienced screen flicker while using the integrated GPU in Optimus mode. Fixed it by setting the refresh rate to 60 Hz in the Intel Graphics Center app. Would prefer a driver/firmware fix. 2. Keeping settings out of the box, battery life is barely 4 hours (no gaming, just using a Jupyter Notebook in docker. Not computationally heavy. Takes a great deal of tweaking to get it above 5 hours.
