Powerful and provides a nice cut

I am unable to pull start a mower and have a bad back. This is a easy to use, push button mower. It takes no more effort to use than walking. Great product.

It is still winter here in Northern Colorado, but I did get my new mower out for a test run, mulching the little bit of debris and learning to maneuver. Replacing a Honda with hydrostatic drive, I find the “personal pace” feature equally satisfactory. I like the multiple finer deck height settings and ease of adjustment, though the tabs and notches for the rear wheels are somewhat hidden by the larger wheels. My reason for purchase was primarily to end the use of gasoline and oil and as advertised, the blade rpm, the easy install and removal of the battery, the battery life for my needs, the width of the cut all are excellent. We’ll see about the mulching as the grass finally gets going for the season, but all indications are good, and this mower is certainly lighter weight, so I expect less compressed grass tire marks in the freshly cut lawn. The vertical storage with the deck facing me will encourage keeping this mower showroom clean and checking blade sharpness. At this point, I am very pleased with my choice and the quality of this new Toro.

It’s winter time and I haven’t had a chance to mow. I’m basing my answers on expectations from my inspection of the mower and a short run around the yard.
