Sk8-Hi – Shoes – Vans
The Sk8-Hi was introduced in 1978 as Style 38, and showcased the now-iconic Vans Sidestripe on a new, innovative high top silhouette. As only the second model featuring the recognizable marker formerly known as the “jazz stripe,” the Sk8-Hi brought a whole new look to the Vans family.
Sk8 or SK8 may refer to:
- SK8 (programming language), multimedia authoring software
- SK8-TV, a TV series that aired on Nickelodeon in 1990
- Sk8 (TV series), a TV series that aired on NBC from 2001 to 2002
- SK8 the Infinity, an anime television series that aired in early 2021
- Shorthand for skate
Vans (originally called the Van Doren Rubber Company) is an American apparel, accessories, and skateboarding shoes brand, established in Anaheim, California, and owned by VF Corporation. The company also sponsors surf, snowboarding, BMX, and motocross teams. From 1996 to 2019, the brand was the primary sponsor of the annual Warped Tour music festival.

Always a Van’s fan but never a buyer… until now. LOVE my high tops- so comfy. With beach wear or a business suit- the Van’s make both better.
