I’ve always been an 8.5 in every Nike shoe except this one. My heel kept slipping up as I walked. An 8 would probably fit better. Also, be aware that they appear much bigger than the actual size because of how the heel sticks out. My 8.5s looked like 10s. I still love the look of these shoes. They are also extremely comfortable.
