I was skeptical about this initially. I brush my teeth with my whitening toothpaste before I use this and after a week of use I can see and FEEL a difference in my mouth . It truly feels like you left the dentist office which is WEIRD bc this is only light therapy. Recommend even if your skeptical like I was .
