Using this to get back into shape. Have not done cardio for a while. Also hoping to tone up some from the foot and arm resistance activity. It gets my heart pumping and I feel like I get a good workout. Very smooth and not very loud. I do have a couple of issues with it though. It was pretty hard to get the left arm on. Took quite a while to get it in the exact position. The right was no problem. The seat is pretty uncomfortable but for the amount of time I use it should be ok. The program panel is slow to respond. Have to press and hold for several seconds and the batteries are fresh.
