I would just like to say I ididn’t have any problems with this laptop ! Maybe you didn’t do the required updates. I didn’t have any problems with video skipping. Maybe you just had a bad computer that came off the presses. That happened to me , but fortunately I was still in my 30 day period to return the computer !
