I bought this as a cheap toy expecting it to be every bit as useless as the Chromium OS builds I tried out on an old laptop 8 years ago and regarded as a joke. I expected a browser treated as the whole thing, but ChromeOS has apparently come a long way and this is actually a steal. It’s not a powerhouse by any means, but it runs Android apps well enough and the Debian Linux container lets you do some actual PC things on it with respectable performance. Battery life is also good and it has a USB-C port on each side that can both be used for charging.

4.5/5 . I really like the chromebook. Great deal for the black friday deal. I can’t get over how smooth it is off the bat. The chromebook folds into a tablet which is amazing and lets you run most apps you’d download on your phone. I’m not entirely sure it runs windows 10 as it is a chromebook so it has a total different vibe from your average laptop. I will say i love the practicality and how quick it runs. I ran tik tok and some games from the appstore (bloons 6). Im not super into pc gaming but i’m pretty sure you cant run most any multiplayers games like Fortnite or CoD without frying the thing. Umm i guess it lacks an HDMI outlet and an outlet for Micro SD cards if you’re into that but despite that i think its a great laptop for school, work or personal entertainment. PS: props to you if you’ve read this this far into my review and I would def buy it on the occasion it were on sale for black friday again.
