This premium underlayment with moisture barrier included creates a more natural sound in the room and helps to reduce sound transmission to rooms below. It also provides better thermal insulation, helping to keep your room temperature where you want it. The easy to use fan-fold underlayment covers 100 square feet per pack and lays flat when you install it unlike traditional rolled underlayment which will curl back when you unroll it, making installation more difficult. The easy cut guidelines on Pergo FloorMate make it simple to trim to the right size.

Among the many benefits of an extra underlayment layer (we already had ~2mm on our Pergo laminate), it should also help out with minor imperfections in the surface of the concrete. We also expect that it might slightly reduce the impact of future falls and spills by visiting grandchildren.

this stuff is the best to use for laminate floors. very easy to use. I have used this product on all the laminate floors I have done. gives the floor a very nice feel when you walk on it and it deadens sound.
