The unit was installed only 2 days ago. The contractor said it was his first tankless installation and it was fairly straightforward and so far the unit is working flawlessly.

Amazing and what a difference it has made. I replaced my 2 50 gallon tanks in the attic. Water is always hot and instant. No downtime an its completely silent.

It was very difficult for the installer, expert plumber to install. The unit went in flawlessly, it was adjusting the dips and recirculater. Code 12 came up constantly, I couldn’t even use the dishwasher. After 2 months Rheem finally replaced it through Home Depot. Rheems customer service techs were inconsistent and we had to keep going over 2 months of phone calls with most of them. Now the nightmare is over and we love this unit.
