A boyfriend is a man who is a friend or acquaintance to the speaker, often specifying a regular male companion with whom a person is platonically, romantically or sexually involved.
A boyfriend can also be called an admirer, beau, suitor and sweetheart. The analogous term for women is "girlfriend".
Jeans are a type of trousers made from denim or dungaree cloth. Often the term "jeans" refers to a particular style of trousers, called "blue jeans", with the addition of copper pocket rivets added by Jacob W. Davis in 1871 and patented by Davis and Levi Strauss on May 20, 1873. Prior to the patent, the term "blue jeans" had been long in use for various garments (including trousers, overalls, and coats), constructed from blue-colored denim.
"Jean" also references a (historic) type of sturdy cloth commonly made with a cotton warp and wool weft (also known as "Virginia cloth"). Jean cloth can be entirely cotton as well, similar to denim. Originally designed for miners, modern jeans were popularized as casual wear by Marlon Brando and James Dean in their 1950s films, particularly The Wild One and Rebel Without a Cause, leading to the fabric becoming a symbol of rebellion among teenagers, especially members of the greaser subculture. From the 1960s onwards, jeans became common among various youth subcultures and subsequently young members of the general population. Nowadays, they are one of the most popular types of trousers in Western culture. Historic brands include Levi's, Lee, and Wrangler.
The is a grammatical article in English, denoting persons or things that are already or about to be mentioned, under discussion, implied or otherwise presumed familiar to listeners, readers, or speakers. It is the definite article in English. The is the most frequently used word in the English language; studies and analyses of texts have found it to account for seven percent of all printed English-language words. It is derived from gendered articles in Old English which combined in Middle English and now has a single form used with nouns of any gender. The word can be used with both singular and plural nouns, and with a noun that starts with any letter. This is different from many other languages, which have different forms of the definite article for different genders or numbers.

I bought these last year during the sale and these have been my favorite jeans! Last years version had an unfinished hem. I normally wear a 24 in AG but sized down to a 23 in these, they are so soft and comfortable with a lightweight feel, will stretch with wear so don’t size up. I’m petite and normally BF jeans looks ridiculous on me but these are perfect. I’m 5’3 105lbs for ref. I’m definitely buying this years version as well!

AG has been my go to jeans for years. I am 5’3″ 130 lbs and typically skinnies are the best fit for me. I purchased the AG ex-boyfriend slim last year on anniversary sale and was thrilled to see options again this year. The 17 years volt is a nice faded look and the material is so soft (softer than others I have) and feels lighter in weight. Because of my smaller frame and thicker thighs, this is a great alternative to be on trend without all the fabric from other ex-boyfriend styles. For reference, I wear a 27 consistently in AG, this cut fits great in my typical size.

I purchased these a couple days ago at the NAS and absolutely love them. They are crazy soft and are a great new addition to the jean lineup. The material has some stretch, is soft, and relaxes nicely. The length is great and is a happy medium between a skinny and a wider leg. They definitely run big so sized down. I’m typically a 28/29 and purchased a 27 for these.

I’m not quite ready to ditch the skinny jeans and go baggy, and these are an excellent option for those of us that like a closer fitting leg without it being painted on. The wash is very cool and they are very comfortable and flattering. This is 4-season denim. True to size.
