I brought this a few weeks ago and it cools my room perfectly it’s not to big so fits nicely as well would definitely recommend this little air con to anyone that wants one.

Did find the exhaust pipe gets very hot, which kinda defeats the object of unit. Found the fan at full speed is very noisy, as in wind noise. Would have been nice if it came with window accessories that can be used in all applications. The exhaust hose is to short in my opinion. Otherwise works well and once fan speed is lowered works well.

Got to be honest never had the chance to use this, after reading the booklet, advising not to use if a flame or electric fire, I was going to use this for the summer in my bedroom, have a gas boiler in my airing cupboard.

Great product not too bulky. Keeps my lounge lovely and cool. Easy to move around as on wheels. Bad points are it’s a bit noisy, and too heavy to take upstairs so had to buy 2.

Really great unit , I use it in my workspace to keep things cool overnight and it’s brill. Is quite noisy but not unbearable.

Worked as it should. When I got home after a 2 hour round trip to pick it up after online order I unpackaged the product and it had already been used. Packaging was ripped and the unit had water inside it proving already used. I wrote to argos and the told me to drive 2 hours again to tell the store. I said that the drive was not possible again and why should I? I paid a premium price for a 2nd hand unit. Customer service told me that they would log the chat. Heard nothing since.
