Superb! Straight out of the box, washed everything then cooked burgers…. It’s got a wonderful glass touchscreen and is pretty straightforward. YOU DO need to have the probe plugged in, or you cannot see the preset menu to select beef, pork or chicken. The food cooks perfectly…we didn’t even turn the burgers….we put them in seasoned when the screen beeped and said to “Add food” on the glass screen. Then just minutes later…again, the alarm sounds, Screen says, get food. Easy cleanup too!A+

I received this in the past few days and have used it 5x already. The food comes out great on air fry and grill so far. No one has mentioned the very LOUD noise that comes from the machine when on. Like an airplane on takeoff. It does not affect the cooking but I would be hard pressed to entertain in the same room due to the noise. Also, the small crisper basket does not stay in place once I turn the food. I have to open and close it about 4-5x to find the exact placement. It should be modified.

My Ninja arrived on 5/20/21. I started testing it the next day. I grilled a couple of salmon fillets; a couple of steaks, air fried chicken wings, dehydrated bandana slices, roasted a half turkey breast bone in and baked a pan of brownies. Everything turned out wonderfully. This is the best small appliance purchase ever! Clean-up is so easy and quick. I will be using this all the time. I plan to replace my Cuisinart AirFryer Toaster oven with my Ninja on my valuable counter space. It earned it!
