Has improved the quality of my sleep. I like that I can turn it around when necessary much easier than the mattress. It did have a chemical smell which disapated after a week. I enjoy it.

I have had my topper for 3 weeks. I am getting accustomed to the firmness. I hope it softens a little more over time. My back pains have gotten better; so for now, I am loving it. ❤️
