We bought this climber 8 years ago and only passed it to another family due to a move. Now it’s time for another so we bought it again. We expect it to last from crawling-K. Such a good investment for the early years, when too little for big playgrounds and nice to have in your own backyard. Only suggestion is for the directions in color, but easy enough to follow. we love how several kids can play at once. Great investment!

When it arrived, it didn’t come with any hardware to put it together, so i had to call step 2 and have them over night the hardware.

We purchased this for my 18 month old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. When we received it, there was a piece that was damaged in shipping. We called customer service and they were awesome and got the replacement part sent out right away. We received the part in 2 days without issue. Would definitely purchase this again.
