I use my laptop primarily for casual gaming, writing and internet access for streaming services. The HP ENVY x360 laptop is exactly what I wanted. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up–no torturous, breath-holding initial logon process, very little in the way of “do you want this or that program.” I loaded files from my old Windows 7 laptop onto an external drive, and was able to move them to the new laptop with no trouble. My only complaint is the included cloud storage. I don’t want to use it, and have far too much data to upload without paying extra for it anyway. It continually demanded that I upload files and then whined when I had more than the free limit would allow. I finally just uninstalled it–which made my experience with the HP ENVY a completely pleasant one.

The laptop is awesome. The speed of the processor is excellent. Applications are very user friendly and easy to access.

This is my first HP laptop that I’ve ever bought. I’ve been very happy with it so far! The setup was so easy and I especially love the HP Support Assistant. I needed to contact HP support and I was very pleased with their service, especially my very short wait time to talk to a real person! The ease of using this as a laptop or tablet like device is really nice.
