Collagen () is the main structural protein in the extracellular matrix of a body's various connective tissues. As the main component of connective tissue, it is the most abundant protein in mammals. 25% to 35% of a mammalian body's protein content is collagen. Amino acids are bound together to form a triple helix of elongated fibril known as a collagen helix. The collagen helix is mostly found in connective tissue such as cartilage, bones, tendons, ligaments, and skin. Vitamin C is vital for collagen synthesis, while Vitamin E improves its production.

Depending upon the degree of mineralization, collagen tissues may be rigid (bone) or compliant (tendon) or have a gradient from rigid to compliant (cartilage). Collagen is also abundant in corneas, blood vessels, the gut, intervertebral discs, and the dentin in teeth. In muscle tissue, it serves as a major component of the endomysium. Collagen constitutes 1% to 2% of muscle tissue and accounts for 6% of the weight to skeletal muscle. The fibroblast is the most common cell creating collagen in a body. Gelatin, which is used in food and industry, is collagen that was irreversibly hydrolyzed using heat, basic solutions, or weak acids.

Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher-fat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization. In un-homogenized milk, the fat, which is less dense, eventually rises to the top. In the industrial production of cream, this process is accelerated by using centrifuges called "separators". In many countries, it is sold in several grades depending on the total butterfat content. It can be dried to a powder for shipment to distant markets, and contains high levels of saturated fat.

Cream skimmed from milk may be called "sweet cream" to distinguish it from cream skimmed from whey, a by-product of cheese-making. Whey cream has a lower fat content and tastes more salty, tangy, and "cheesy". In many countries partially fermented cream is also sold: sour cream, crème fraîche, and so on. Both forms have many culinary uses in both sweet and savoury dishes.

Cream produced by cattle (particularly Jersey cattle) grazing on natural pasture often contains some carotenoid pigments derived from the plants they eat; traces of these intensely colored pigments give milk a slightly yellow tone, hence the name of the yellowish-white color: cream. Carotenoids are also the origin of butter's yellow color. Cream from goat's milk, water buffalo milk, or from cows fed indoors on grain or grain-based pellets, is white.

I use it in the evening, since there is no SPF. But remove it before bed.

I apply this every morning to clean skin. It hydrates the skin and seems to help with wrinkles.

I am pretty tough on skin products and don’t often write great reviews, but this a true winner! I originally saw it on a shopping channel and the befores and afters were pretty amazing. I thought there was no way this was that good. I was wrong. I added this to my routine in the morning and while they don’t sat you should use it at night, I use it then too. I love the creaminess, the fragrance and how smooth my skin feels after I use it. It isn’t heavy or greasy and I feel like my skin is improving! My eyes seem less hooded, the crows feet seem smaller and overall,my skin feels amazing! I keep it in my skin fridge and it just feels so fabulous going on. I know it’s pricey, but if you want to spoil yourself, TRY THIS!

Use once a day in the morning. Suppose to help with wrinkles. First found out about this product when I was on a cruise and they had a class on it. I didn’t buy any then because of the price. Then I found it at Ultra at a good price for three items that came in a make-up bag for $68.00, one was the face moisturizer, cleanser, and eye cream.

I hate spending a lot of money on an “ok” face cream. This is so worth the money! Your face feels refreshed every morning after using it. Def recommend!!
