The ON/OFF button stopped working after a year of almost consistent use. I was under warranty so was able to get a replacement but now I will be more mindful of how hard I push. I use my device almost daily.. can’t live without it!

Like many, I love my Trinity Device. This week, the ball broke away from the head of my device. I was so disappointed and tried a bit of super glue. I’m hoping that helps. It would be nice to order a replacement head instead of a whole new device?!!
