I just unpacked this sofa today. I was able to unbox it myself, altho it would have been a little more difficult if I weren’t 6ft tall and didn’t have plenty of space to open it in – ideally, you would have two people to unbox it. The back of the couch is a little lower than I expected but overall it is very cushy and comfortable. There was a small black/grey smudge on the back corner, but it mostly wiped off with a towel and I think with a mild cleanser or spot treatment and warm water it will come right off. The other thing is it will definitely need to be steamed to get out the wrinkles toward the bottom and the instructions specifically say not to use an iron, so you will want to have one of those on hand unless you like the crinkle look.
