Twelve or 12 may refer to:
- 12 (number)
- December, the twelfth and final month of the year
- Dozen, a group of twelve
7 (seven) is the natural number following 6 and preceding 8. It is the only prime number preceding a cube.
As an early prime number in the series of positive integers, the number seven has greatly symbolic associations in religion, mythology, superstition and philosophy. The seven classical planets resulted in seven being the number of days in a week. 7 is often considered lucky in Western culture and is often seen as highly symbolic. Unlike Western culture, in Vietnamese culture, the number seven is sometimes considered unlucky.
Blue is one of the three primary colours in the RYB colour model (traditional colour theory), as well as in the RGB (additive) colour model. It lies between violet and cyan on the spectrum of visible light. The term blue generally describes colours perceived by humans observing light with a dominant wavelength that's between approximately 450 and 495 nanometres. Most blues contain a slight mixture of other colours; azure contains some green, while ultramarine contains some violet. The clear daytime sky and the deep sea appear blue because of an optical effect known as Rayleigh scattering. An optical effect called the Tyndall effect explains blue eyes. Distant objects appear more blue because of another optical effect called aerial perspective.
Blue has been an important colour in art and decoration since ancient times. The semi-precious stone lapis lazuli was used in ancient Egypt for jewellery and ornament and later, in the Renaissance, to make the pigment ultramarine, the most expensive of all pigments. In the eighth century Chinese artists used cobalt blue to colour fine blue and white porcelain. In the Middle Ages, European artists used it in the windows of cathedrals. Europeans wore clothing coloured with the vegetable dye woad until it was replaced by the finer indigo from America. In the 19th century, synthetic blue dyes and pigments gradually replaced organic dyes and mineral pigments. Dark blue became a common colour for military uniforms and later, in the late 20th century, for business suits. Because blue has commonly been associated with harmony, it was chosen as the colour of the flags of the United Nations and the European Union.
In the United States and Europe, blue is the colour that both men and women are most likely to choose as their favourite, with at least one recent survey showing the same across several other countries, including China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Past surveys in the US and Europe have found that blue is the colour most commonly associated with harmony, confidence, masculinity, knowledge, intelligence, calmness, distance, infinity, the imagination, cold, and sadness.
Sapphire is a precious gemstone, a variety of the mineral corundum, consisting of aluminium oxide (α-Al2O3) with trace amounts of elements such as iron, titanium, cobalt, lead, chromium, vanadium, magnesium, boron, and silicon. The name sapphire is derived from the Latin word sapphirus, itself from the Greek word sappheiros (σάπφειρος), which referred to lapis lazuli. It is typically blue, but natural "fancy" sapphires also occur in yellow, purple, orange, and green colors; "parti sapphires" show two or more colors. Red corundum stones also occur, but are called rubies rather than sapphires. Pink-colored corundum may be classified either as ruby or sapphire depending on the locale. Commonly, natural sapphires are cut and polished into gemstones and worn in jewelry. They also may be created synthetically in laboratories for industrial or decorative purposes in large crystal boules. Because of the remarkable hardness of sapphires – 9 on the Mohs scale (the third-hardest mineral, after diamond at 10 and moissanite at 9.5) – sapphires are also used in some non-ornamental applications, such as infrared optical components, high-durability windows, wristwatch crystals and movement bearings, and very thin electronic wafers, which are used as the insulating substrates of special-purpose solid-state electronics such as integrated circuits and GaN-based blue LEDs. Sapphire is the birthstone for September and the gem of the 45th anniversary. A sapphire jubilee occurs after 65 years.
Steam is water vapor (water in the gas phase), often mixed with air and/or an aerosol of liquid water droplets. This may occur due to evaporation or due to boiling, where heat is applied until water reaches the enthalpy of vaporization. Steam that is saturated or superheated (water vapor) is invisible; however, wet steam, a visible mist or aerosol of water droplets, is often referred to as "steam".: 6
When liquid water becomes steam, it increases in volume by 1,700 times at standard temperature and pressure; this change in volume can be converted into mechanical work by steam engines such as reciprocating piston type engines and steam turbines, which are a sub-group of steam engines. Piston type steam engines played a central role in the Industrial Revolution and modern steam turbines are used to generate more than 80% of the world's electricity. If liquid water comes in contact with a very hot surface or depressurizes quickly below its vapor pressure, it can create a steam explosion.

This is a great dryer with a ton of features. We can easily connect the dryer to WiFi and track completion. It is slightly on the pricier side when compared to other dryers but that’s mostly because of all the fancy features it comes with!

This is the best machine we have ever owned. The only draw back, is the described “smart” capabilities are weak. You can’t actually control the machine from an app on your phone. You can’t choose setting and start it whenever. You get updates for it finishing, but that’s it. Cleaning wise, it’s incredible. But the “smart” capability selling point for the higher price, is wasted. Which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 5. If they update the software to let you truly control it, then it’s past 5 stars. At that point, there is no better.

I purchased this dryer and the matching washer. The dryer is very quiet. I really like the wifi option, while it’s a totally unnecessary feature getting a push notification that my laundry is dry is awesome. It also nudges you 30 minutes after incase you forget. The dryer also “talks” to the washer and presets the dryer settings based on what you set the washer to.
The matte blue finish is very nice. It looks great with the gray walls. If you’re not picky about the color there is a white version which goes for a bit less depending on the sale.
I haven’t had this for very long yet but so far I would highly recommend this to anyone is the market for a new w/d set.
I also purchased the matching pedestal. I highly recommend paying for delivery and installation if you get the pedestals. They were a HUGE pain to setup.

Excellent service. Took the time to explain everything.

I really love this dryer. I love the sensor and how it “knows” if the clothes need more time or when clothes are done. So far so good absolutely no complaints. If it continues to perform at this level with no problems I will update to 5 stars.

Still learning the machine but so far it is easy to use.

Love this washer! Holds an obscene amount of clothes turning my full day of laundry into less than a half day! Only thing I wish is for the sound it makes when it’s done to be a bit louder.

We love our new GE washer & dryer. The machines can handle all different types of laundry (materials, care instructions, etc) and the notifications via the app make site that we know when to shift laundry.
