Exercise is physical activity that enhances or maintains fitness and overall health. It is performed for various reasons, including weight loss or maintenance, to aid growth and improve strength, develop muscles and the cardiovascular system, prevent injuries, hone athletic skills, improve health, or simply for enjoyment. Many people choose to exercise outdoors where they can congregate in groups, socialize, and improve well-being as well as mental health.
In terms of health benefits, usually, 2.5 hours of moderate-intensity exercise per week is recommended for reducing the risk of health problems. At the same time, even doing a small amount of exercise is healthier than doing none. Only doing an hour and a quarter (11 minutes/day) of exercise could reduce the risk of early death, cardiovascular disease, stroke, and cancer.

The quality of this is amazing! It’s very heavy so no risk of it’s tipping over (great with little ones around). I built it easily on my own, it is the easiest piece of equipment I’ve ever had to build. Resistance is adjustable throughout your workout, the seat and handlebar heights are adjustable. I found the seat comfy as a woman, not sure how comfy a man would find it as it’s quite narrow. Highly recommend this to anyone on the fence, better quality than one several times the price.

The saddle default position is kind of uncomfortable so I adjusted it down and bought a gel seat cover and now it is great. Have done over a 100km in it now and the thing is really pretty good. Does the job and for a really reasonable price. Hard to find a spin bike for so little money that isn’t magnetic.
by Holly
This bike has a fairly heavy flywheel which gives it a smooth spin bike feel, it is not as sturdy as a gym spin bike and not quite as sturdy as the older model evolution aerobic bike (hence 4 stars) but it is fine for spinning. I would recommend to anyone wanting a home spin bike.
by Thorpey
Haven’t been able to do my spin classes as the gyms have been closed so I decided to buy my own bike. Really good quality bike, had it for over 2 weeks now and no complaints, would recommend.

The delivery by the Argo team was flawless. Really well pleased with the easy set up. I have already enjoyed many hours on the bike. A great addition in lock down that has attributed to increasing my overall fitness and general well being.

It is ok for the money ,quite easy to set up, is ok for home use.

Well built, with good riding positions. Not much wobble at all even when working at a high intensity. Very quick to build. The display my is a bit cheap but I just use the settings on my phone to track my workout.

I have used this daily as since assembly and feel so much better.
