    Working with Helix has been great. The mattress itself was great too. Good quality, easy set up. It was slightly wider than it was supposed to be so it hung off our king bed frame by a couple inches on each side. I got a medium feel and it was too soft for my preferences. Returned it and have already ordered a new Helix in a firm feel.
