Black is a color that results from the absence or complete absorption of visible light. It is an achromatic color, without hue, like white and grey. It is often used symbolically or figuratively to represent darkness. Black and white have often been used to describe opposites such as good and evil, the Dark Ages versus Age of Enlightenment, and night versus day. Since the Middle Ages, black has been the symbolic color of solemnity and authority, and for this reason it is still commonly worn by judges and magistrates.
Black was one of the first colors used by artists in Neolithic cave paintings. It was used in ancient Egypt and Greece as the color of the underworld. In the Roman Empire, it became the color of mourning, and over the centuries it was frequently associated with death, evil, witches, and magic. In the 14th century, it was worn by royalty, clergy, judges, and government officials in much of Europe. It became the color worn by English romantic poets, businessmen and statesmen in the 19th century, and a high fashion color in the 20th century. According to surveys in Europe and North America, it is the color most commonly associated with mourning, the end, secrets, magic, force, violence, fear, evil, and elegance.
Black is the most common ink color used for printing books, newspapers and documents, as it provides the highest contrast with white paper and thus is the easiest color to read. Similarly, black text on a white screen is the most common format used on computer screens. As of September 2019, the darkest material is made by MIT engineers from vertically aligned carbon nanotubes.

A studio is an artist or worker's workroom. This can be for the purpose of acting, architecture, painting, pottery (ceramics), sculpture, origami, woodworking, scrapbooking, photography, graphic design, filmmaking, animation, industrial design, radio or television production broadcasting or the making of music and financial services administration. The term is also used for the workroom of dancers, often specified to dance studio.
The word studio is derived from the Italian: studio, from Latin: studium, from studere, meaning to study or zeal.
The French term for studio, atelier, in addition to designating an artist's studio is used to characterize the studio of a fashion designer.
Studio is also a metonym for the group of people who work within a particular studio.

After we researched bikes, including the Peloton, we decided to go with this bike for a few reasons. We liked the idea of the instructor lead bike rides that took place out on the road, on trails, etc. You could see the instructor on a bike “in front of you”, like you would if you were out on an actual ride. We also liked that the iFit instructor could adjust your tension and incline/decline without having to do it ourselves. And lastly, we liked the option of using a set of pedals and our shoes we already had on hand so we could clip in. Some reviews mention how loud it is when the incline/decline changes, but for us, it’s not bad at all. So far we love it. The swivel screen is nice. It’s not ideal on carpet with padding underneath and it does wobble slightly, especially when out of the saddle. We intend to remove the carpet and put in a rubber floor, so that we don’t have that problem and have a proper gym floor for our workout room. No regrets with this purchase so far.

Best purchase I’ve ever made! This bike is phenomenal and I get the best workouts. Since the gyms are closed I have lost my chance to exercise. This bike has helped me get my strength back and my endurance. I switched the bike seat because it was too padded, but other than that I have not encountered any problems. I’ve had it for one month and it’s been only great! Being purchased here was a way better option than through their website.

This exercise bike is an investment in my well being. The variety of exercises are great. The 24” monitor does lag a bit when scrolling, but that shouldn’t be a deal breaker. It’s great for when I can’t make it to the gym. #WELLBEING

Definitely the workout you’re looking for…. whether it be a strenuous spin class or a scenic tour of Argentina. The automatic resistance, and incline and decline to simulate hills is awesome. You can even trek through your own neighborhood without leaving your house. I chose this over the Peleton due to the addituonal features.

Purchased this bike to supplement my riding and to strengthen my legs. This machine is outstanding and I cannot say enough good about it. There’s a lot of information and groups out there about this bike and similar brands, so I suggest you do your research and pick an exercise machine that matches what you want so you’ll stay motivated to exercise.
I chose this machine because it offers several features that other similar machines didn’t- mainly road and mountain rides in addition to the studio type classes, automatic incline/decline and resistance adjustment, and the fan.
I received my machine on 5/2/20 and since then I’ve logged 500 miles and over 32 hours on this bad boy. My quads, hammies and glutes are stronger, endurance is improved and energy levels are increased.
You can assemble in an hour or so. Pro-tip: Make sure everything is tight. Like, TIGHT. And once you think you’re good, tighten it again. This is an exercise machine, so the better you take care of it the longer you’ll have high performance.
I LOVE this bike and cannot wait to keep on keepin on.
Things I love:
Incline and decline feature
Multiple resistance levels
Both of the above adjust automatically with the instructors (so you can focus on working and not turning a knob)
3 speed fan
Huge display
The options for workouts- mountain, road, live, boot-camp style classes. Tempo, endurance, HIIT workouts. Whatever you’re in the mood for, it’s here.
What I don’t like:
The seat that comes with the bike is moderately uncomfortable depending on your experience riding. I’ve seen some comments say it’s unbearable so they replace it or put a cover on it. I swapped it out with a saddle from one of my bikes I don’t ride anymore.
Honestly, that’s my only issue with it.
