We are an older couple and wanted the lower freezer and our daily items up top as it is easier to reach. We love the accessibility by having the french doors. We also like that it has individual ice and water dispensers and not having to select water or ice. The adjustability of the shelves gives you many options as to how you want your items placed. Love the black finger resistant surface. We highly recommend this refrigerator.

The seller bought this right before we moved in and it has so many features. We love it. All though it is a little louder then I would expect at times. We haven’t had any problems with it. I would like to know where I can find parts for this though. My grand daughter tried closing the doors when the drink storage area was opened and cracked the plastic glass on it. We have only had it 2 months but it is so easy to clean. I really didn’t think the freezer area was going to hold a lot of food but it actually holds a lot. I would be so thankful if I could have someone contact me on how to get this plastic glass fixed. Thank you.

I purchased this fridge about 3 weeks ago as I was preparing to close on my new house. I got lucky and found a matching fridge to the other whirlpool appliances included in the house, especially one that wasn’t backordered. The stainless looks great. I’m getting used to organizing in the layout of a French door refrigerator. It fit perfectly in my alcove. The water filter works surprisingly well for our water supply in West Texas. Crushed ice comes out nice. The only thing that scared me was the ice maker noise the first time it was replenishing at night. Also i hate pricey fridges have gotten over the years,, but it is what it is.. Other than that i love my new fridge.

After 4 months of use, this refrigerator continues to perform well. Water & Ice dispensers are great, and the temperature holds well in both compartments. A design feature that should be corrected: The light and filter both protrude into the refrigerator compartment from the top, unnecessarily restricting what can be placed on the top shelf. The light and filter could protrude above the top of the fridge, and still be below the level of the doors, leaving a flush surface inside.
