Standing while teaching with Autonomous Standing desk
Today I taught STANDING UP and it felt so much more similar to real teaching. I moved back, used my hands and arms to emphasize things and felt goofy and relaxed while teaching. I am so excited to not only continue that feeling, but to improve my physical health while teaching. Standing while working has so many benefits and this desk makes it so simple for me to switch back and forth.

Having a standing desk is life changing! I run a small online marketing company strapped to my desk. My max attention span was 20 minutes. Standing has dramatically increased my productivity.
