Vitamin D was in single digits (9), which led to A LOT of complicated health concerns – Google Vitamin D deficiency -. I originally saw Andrew Lessman on one of the shopping channels. I was looking for a multi vitamin (this one comes with 3000 iu) He had a whole segment airing, so I also ordered the 2000 iu of just vitamin D and currently take this multi vitamin and the D3 (2000 iu) daily and every other day 2 of the D3 2000 – so I am getting 5000 iu of Vitamin D and every other day getting 7000! After a year, I am happy to report my vitamin D is 48! In Massachusetts, there are TWO labs that don’t agree with what your # should be at, one says at least 35, one says 50. I am striving for 60 because of what I, personally went through. EVERY person is different.

I consolidated all my vitamins with this one pill – instead of taking 5 separate pills this one has everything I need. And NO STOMACH UPSET. Vitamins tend to make me want to puke but this one I can take even on an empty stomach. That’s a game changer for me – now I take these consistently because I don’t have to remember to take them with a meal.

This is for my 92 yr. old father. He lives in another country and I send it to him. I started him on the Essential 4 years ago. To date, he has not had a cold, cough or gotten sick. He loves it because its not hard on his stomach. He is energetic, alert and goes up and down the stairs numerous times since his house has a second floor where his room is. I chose to give him this multi vitamins so he has only 1 capsule to take and get all the benefits of other vitamins. He just takes extra Vitamin C.

I really like these vitamins. I have felt fatigue and tired for 10 years, all I wanted to do is sleep even after a full nights sleep. I think due largely to thyroid issues. Within a few weeks of starting these I feel as though I “woke up”. I feel happy and awake.
