This Weber Family Q BBQ 56060124 is the ultimate home entertaining tool. It’s the largest in the Weber Q range, feeding up to fifteen people at a time. Food is cooked really quickly with the lid down so you can cook a batch of food and start cooking the next round sooner; making it perfect for parties. Pre-heating the Family Q takes.
You can cater for a large crowd and churn out large batches of food in no time. The natural convection heat created by the Family Q with the lid down barbecues food quickly, and so it’s extremely economical to run too.
Grill the perfect steak and impress your guests every time. The heat of the grill sears the outside for a delicious crusty finish without over-cooking the centre.
It’s a two burner system with the power of a four-burner barbecue for speedy cooking. Select one of the dials for all your barbecuing and roasting needs.
The single spark igniter gives you instant start-up, with a pre-heat time of around 15 minutes so you’re not having to wait long before grilling.
The grills conveniently split in half so you can replace one side with the Weber Q hotplate (sold separately) to cook skewers and veggies. The Hotplate has a protective coating so food won’t get stuck.
Fit a large chook, turkey or leg of lamb easily in the large capacity Family Q. Just convert it into an oven with the Weber Q Convection Tray and Trivet (sold separately) for even heat flow and a delicious roast with that great barbecue taste.
Bake up to two pizzas at a time by setting your Q into oven mode. The optional Weber Q pizza stone, convection tray and trivet creates that authentic pizza stone oven taste for great entertaining.
Stay with your guests for longer and bake a dessert outdoors. Simply convert the Family Q into oven mode with the optional Weber Q Convection Tray and Trivet.

Happy with the BBQ except you have to pay more to have a model that comes with a heat gauge. I have the 3001 and the 3002 has the heat gauge. Weber should include the heat gauge on all family Qs!! I find this a bit of a money making scheme.
