The unit works fine, easy to install and the water is nice and hot. Unfortunately the faucet that we had (a higher end one for both hot and cold water) still worked fine, so I ended up buying a lower end replacement unit and throwing the new faucet away. A waste of our natural resources!!! I don’t understand why they sell the tank at a much higher price than one with a faucet. The extra warranty that is offered is a joke!!

Works perfectly and easy to install.

FYI-have to take off the food disposal in order to swap. Became two person job when re-attaching it to prevent the new flange from moving from ideal position, i.e. reading stamped letter right-side up. We will be careful with this one as the first one was cleaned roughly and the brown paint starting coming off and it wasn’t pleasant to look at. Also needed to re-calk, incase you are wondering.

The directions to install can be a bit clearer. The instructions for the initial installation and for replacing an existing filter are not clear. There should be instructions for both 1. Initial Installation 2. Replacing a filter.

Purchased this item, works great, looks great and was a relatively easy install. The one thing that scares me is that it has the potential to burn hands as it will spit water from the spout as it heats/boils, so I would recommend keeping small children away from it.
