The DB Method | The Machine
This patented technology shifts your body weight into the glutes to tone, tighten and lift your booty right at home. But why stop there? The DB Method also builds total body strength through a series of expertly designed workouts.
The DB Difference
Traditional Squat
Your leg muscles are dominant which means your glutes are not firing like they should. You are also more likely to have forward pressure on your knees, undue stress on the spine and a reduced range of motion.
Our Squat
Our patented squat technology shifts weight back to fully activate your glutes while taking the stress off your joints. This is the perfect squat, every time.

A machine is a physical system that uses power to apply forces and control movement to perform an action. The term is commonly applied to artificial devices, such as those employing engines or motors, but also to natural biological macromolecules, such as molecular machines. Machines can be driven by animals and people, by natural forces such as wind and water, and by chemical, thermal, or electrical power, and include a system of mechanisms that shape the actuator input to achieve a specific application of output forces and movement. They can also include computers and sensors that monitor performance and plan movement, often called mechanical systems.
Renaissance natural philosophers identified six simple machines which were the elementary devices that put a load into motion, and calculated the ratio of output force to input force, known today as mechanical advantage.
Modern machines are complex systems that consist of structural elements, mechanisms and control components and include interfaces for convenient use. Examples include: a wide range of vehicles, such as trains, automobiles, boats and airplanes; appliances in the home and office, including computers, building air handling and water handling systems; as well as farm machinery, machine tools and factory automation systems and robots.
Method (Ancient Greek: μέθοδος, methodos, from μετά/meta "in pursuit or quest of" + ὁδός/hodos "a method, system; a way or manner" of doing, saying, etc.), literally means a pursuit of knowledge, investigation, mode of prosecuting such inquiry, or system. In recent centuries it more often means a prescribed process for completing a task.
It may refer to:
- Scientific method, a series of steps, or collection of methods, taken to acquire knowledge
- Method (computer programming), a piece of code associated with a class or object to perform a task
- Method (patent), under patent law, a protected series of steps or acts
- Methodism, a Christian religious movement
- Methodology, comparison or study and critique of individual methods that are used in a given discipline or field of inquiry
- Discourse on the Method, a philosophical and mathematical treatise by René Descartes
- Methods (journal), a scientific journal covering research on techniques in the experimental biological and medical sciences
The is a grammatical article in English, denoting persons or things that are already or about to be mentioned, under discussion, implied or otherwise presumed familiar to listeners, readers, or speakers. It is the definite article in English. The is the most frequently used word in the English language; studies and analyses of texts have found it to account for seven percent of all printed English-language words. The word can be used with both singular and plural nouns, and with a noun that starts with any letter. This is different from many other languages, which have different forms of the definite article for different genders or numbers.
